Grading System

All classes are considered to be 3 units.

A -4 Grade points

B -3 Grade points

C -2 Grade points

D -1 Grade point

F -0 Grade points

W (Withdrawn)-N/A

Student Load

Each student may register for as little as one course at a time. For correspondence students, each course must be completed within 3 months of
registration. An exception is made for students who pre-order a “year’s”worth of classes (10). In that case the classes must be completed with 18 months. For students in an Extension Institute, each course must be completed according to the semester schedule.

Failure to complete a class within the specified amount of time results in a $50 re-enrollment fee. CBI understands that there are many good reasons
not to do your school work (soul winning, serving in your church, etc). However, if it is God’s will for you to take a class, it is definitely God’s will for you to complete it in a timely manner. This fee is an encouragement to that end.

Academic Dismissal

Failure to sustain an overall 2.0 grade point average fter completing one semester will result in the student’s dismissal from the school.
